RESTORATION OF VOTING AND GUN RIGHTS
The Tennessee legislature has recently passed a new statute allowing certain felons to have their voting and gun rights restored. The statute has VERY specific limitations on the types of crimes that are eligible for restoration.

THE ROGERS PROJECT
I have also started The Rogers Project–a TN nonprofit corporation and have been recognized by the IRS as a 501(c) organization.
I started The Rogers Project to help people get their driver licenses back after their license was revoked or suspended. Most people loose their driver licenses because of convictions and then can’t get them restored because they own court costs, fees and fines. I have developed a program that allows individuals to file a motion with the court (by themselves) asking the court to waive their costs and fees (if they are indigent). With the costs, fees and fines waived, the individual can have their driver license re-issued.

SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY
I have filed over 3 dozen federal lawsuits challenging Tennessee’s SOR and I have gotten over 50 people off the SOR. If you are on the SOR and want off, call lor email me and let’s discuss your situation. Here are a few things I can do for you:
- If you were convicted in another State, file a federal lawsuit to have you taken off the SOR.
- Depending on your offense date, file a federal lawsuit to force the TBI not to enforce portions of the SOR against you and possibly get you removed completely from the SOR.
- If you have been categorized as a “sexual” offender on the SOR, file the appropriate documents to have you removed from the SOR.
- If you have been released from prison and are off probation/parole, file a lawsuit to begin the process of having your voting and gun rights restored.
- If you are on “community supervision for life” and have been released from prison for 15 years or off probation/parole for 15 years, file a lawsuit to have you removed from CSL.
- If you are on CSL, file a federal lawsuit to limit the CSL provisions that apply to you.
- If your conviction was prior to 2008, file a federal lawsuit to have the “code 88” removed from your driver license.
- If you were convicted of kidnapping (regardless of year), file a federal lawsuit to have you taken off the SOR.

Mr. Nisbet
He swooped out of nowhere just to fight for me and over 200 women in my county just like me. When no-one else cared, even when the police covered up rapes, etc. Here he came, ready for fight with the big boys. I’m in a FEDERAL civil case. He is a GOD SENT.
